The Instiute of Human Capital conducts numerous research projects in cooperation with other academic centers in Poland and abroad, the representatives of leading companies functioning in our country as well as local and central administration etc.

The chosen research projects include:​​
  • The role of human resources management in creating productivity of the human capital on the basis of person-organization fit in KIBS sector (knowledge-intensive business services sector) companies - Agnieszka Wojtczuk-Turek PhD (principal investigator), research project from the funds of the grant of the National Science Centre in Poland (OPUS, DEC-2013/11/B/HS4/02127), realization: 10.07.2014 – 09.01.2016
