Research interests include labor market integration of young people and their opportunities for union formation as well as the impact of family structure on quality of life. The results of her research are published in peer-reviewed international scientific journals such as the European Sociological Review, European Societies, Work, Employment and Society and the Journal of Happiness Studies. dr Anna Matysiakamatys [at] sgh.waw.plAssistant Professor in Demography Unit at the Institute of Statistics and Demography, Warsaw School of Economics, currently a research fellow at the Vienna Institute of Demography of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Her academic interests are focused on analysis of the interdependence of demographic and socio-economic conditions. In particular, she is interested in the analysis of the relationship between the process of the formation and dissolution of families and the economic activity, cultural gender roles , as well as quality of life and family policy . She published both in Polish and international scientific journals. mgr Marta Styrcmstyrc [at] sgh.waw.plA graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, with a master's degree courses in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, and Finance and Banking. PhD candidate at the College of Economic Analysis at Warsaw School of Economics, preparing a dissertation on formation and dissolution of the partnerships in Poland. dr Anita Abramowska-Kmonabram [at] sgh.waw.pl Assistant Professor in Demography Unit at the Institute of Statistics and Demography, Warsaw School of Economics. Her interests include: the aging of the population and its consequences, changes in family patterns and models of care.
